 Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry. 

If the item you purchased isn't quite right, simply return it with a brief (reason) Exchange request to Emuptown@gmail.com. Items returned by mail will not be charged a return fee but shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Empireuptownny.com cannot guarantee availability of a specific item because of our rapid change in inventory so we suggest that you send an email as soon as possible to inquire about specific items. Returns are valid only within 7 days of receipt for unwashed/unworn merchandise. Ensure all original tags are attached to garment and packaging is still intact to ensure Exchange eligible. this is only eligible for clothing items only.
