Items returned by mail will not be charged a return fee but shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Empireuptownny cannot guarantee availability of a specific item because of our rapid change in inventory so we suggest that you send an email as soon as possible to inquire about specific items. Returns are valid only within 30 days of receipt for unwashed/unworn merchandise. Ensure all original tags are attached to garment and packaging is still intact to ensure full refund eligible.
